DescriptionLocation The IREM CT Chapter is presenting this one day class by Spectrum Seminars, which will discuss the implementation of HOTMA for Tax Credits, HOME, Trust Fund, PHA Vouchers, Project Based Section 8, 202/8/PRAC and Rural Development 515. The class will discuss assets, income and allowances, current regulations and HOTMA changes effective 1/1/25. Lunch included.
