The IREM CT Chapter is presenting this  one day class by Spectrum Seminars, which will discuss the implementation of HOTMA for Tax Credits, HOME, Trust Fund, PHA Vouchers, Project Based Section 8, 202/8/PRAC and Rural Development 515. The class will discuss assets, income and allowances, current regulations and HOTMA changes effective 1/1/25. Lunch included.

* With every topic there will be a discussion of current regulations
that will continue once HOTMA is implemented; regulations that
will expire and a broad discussion of new HOTMA requirements.
This will be color coded: blue for regulations that will continue,
red for expiring and green for HOTMA. This will be an excellent
reference manual.
