This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT DCP and the Real Estate Commission. Attendees will be awarded 6 elective CE credits for their 2026 - 2028 CT Real Estate license renewal. Class may be postponed if minimum enrollment is not met. Virtual Classroom Virtual Classroom Cancellations made by registrants will be accepted and 50% refunds will be granted if the Association is notified 5 days more or before the date of the class (by 9/30). Funds are not transferrable under any circumstances. No refunds or transfers after 10/1. Attendance is closely monitored and 100% attendance is required. Anyone arriving late, leaving early, or taking more than the scheduled classroom breaks, runs the risk of losing their broker pre-licensing and CE credit.
