Virtual Classroom Virtual Classroom Brian Backman I have been with this MLS for over 10 years, starting with the Greater Fairfield County MLS in Norwalk CT.In addition to training, I also fill in for Tech Support as needed.Some of you “seasoned” agents may remember Harmon Homes magazine. I worked there from 1991 to 2000 doing training, tech support, tech writing, and some product testing.I live in Ridgefield CT with my wife Susan, younger daughter Amanda, and an assortment of somewhat annoying animals. 48-hour notice required to cancel course and receive a refund or transfer to another. There is a $10 admin fee to transfer from one course to another. School policy suggests that you log in 15 minutes prior to the start time of class to ensure technical compliance. No one will be admitted after the start time. For Virtual Classes, even though classes are not taking place in person, you are still entering a classroom setting and should treat it as such.
