This course is one of the two mandatory classes for license renewal for the 2021-2022 CE cycle. The course objective is to help Real Estate professionals understand Real Estate Law as it pertains to advertising, agency, fair housing. We will also discuss rules and regulations as they pertain to real estate teams, real estate appraisal, condominiums, independent contractors versus employees and provide guidance as it pertains to assistance animals.

David Jones
David C. Jones is a 3 rd generation Real Estate Broker with over three decades experience. In addition to David Jones Real Estate in Guilford, he is a Certified Residential Appraiser. Past positions include President of the local Board, Regional VP for CT Realtors, President of CTMLS and member of NAR’s Land Use Committee. After college he taught math at King School and Ballroom Dancing in Fairfield County with his wife, Kathleen. Their son and daughter are both music teachers/performers.
