15 Hour Pre-Licensing Requirement For Brokers

This required course will cover Organizational Structure, Business Policies and Procedures, and Human Resource issues. Additional topics include: Marketing/Advertising, Property Management, CMAs, Financing, Land Use Regulations, Land Use Regulations, Community Association Managers, Real Estate Commission Policy on use of Unlicensed Persons by Licensees, Referral Fees, Legal Documents.

You may cancel your class registration at no penalty up until one week prior to the start date of the class. 

School policy suggests that you log in 15 minutes prior to the start time of class to ensure technical compliance. No one will be admitted after the start time. For Virtual Classes, even though classes are not taking place in person, you are still entering a classroom setting and should treat it as such. If for any reason you are unable to participate for the full 3 hours, you will not receive credit for the class.

NO SHOWS will forfeit their payment.
