You may cancel up to the minute before the class starts. 

 People who do not cancel prior to the beginning of the class forfeit their payment/free CE certificate.

 School policy allows no more than 10 minutes past the start time of the class for admittance, anyone who comes after the allotted 10 minutes forfeits their payment or free CE certificate.
