DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy This year in August the NHMR YPN celebrates 7 years!!! For our Wednesday, August 10th meeting, the YPN is holding a picnic at the NHMR, Guilford office. The event will be catered by Guilford Marketplace with Chicken, burgers, hot dogs, salad, sides, and soft drinks. The presentation will be by Kishore Kapoor. For this meeting we are going longer, but switching up the order of things. Kishore will present "Contracts 101" from 11-12:30 in the classroom and virtually. Then from 12:30-2:00 we will celebrate with a fun picnic. Presentation ~ Overview on the contracts used in the Real Estate Transaction, from an expert on legal forms.
