This required webinar highlights valuable member resources, business tools, education opportunities, advocacy efforts, and exclusive discounts designed to help you save money, grow your business, and achieve success in your real estate career. Schedule: 10:30 am-12:05 pm Panel Discussion 12:05 pm - 12:15 pm Break 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm Mortgage Lending Best Practices with Liberty Bank 1:00 pm - 1:10 pm Break 1:10 pm -1:55 pm Purchase and Sale Agreement with Attorney Kishore Kapoor New Member Requirements As a condition of membership, all new REALTOR® members are required to complete three mandatory onboarding requirements established by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR): New Member Orientation – Attend a live orientation session to learn about your membership benefits, professional standards, available resources, and opportunities to get involved with the Association. Code of Ethics Training – Complete the required Code of Ethics online course, which reinforces the ethical responsibilities and professional standards expected of all REALTORS®. Fair Housing Training – Complete Fair Housing training to enhance your understanding of fair housing laws, promote equal housing opportunities, and help ensure compliance with NAR requirements. Completion of all requirements by the established deadlines is necessary to maintain active membership status and access to member benefits. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS Cancellations can be made through NHMR’s Membership Department at 203-234-7700 X 110 or email at jackie@nhmrealtors.com. Please note that Orientations are only held 4 times per year on weekdays and not on weekends. New Member Orientation is a requirement of the National Association REALTORS®. Per our policy, if two consecutive Orientation classes are offered and you are unable to attend either, your membership will remain inactive until this mandatory requirement has been fulfilled.
